A private Havana Hills themed party and birthday celebration for an exclusive celebrity clientele.
Celebrating the completed redesign of a private mansion estate by bringing a “Havana Hills” culturally themed party to Beverly Hills.
MVA worked diligently with the client to ensure authentic Cuban culture and heritage was instilled in every aspect of the event. From arrival to departure, guests were transported from valet to the front of the house by authentic golf carts retrofitted as vintage classic cars.
After ferried to the front of the house guests indulged in a photoesque moment with one of three classic cars from the 1960’s. Upon entering the backyard, guests were greeted by Cuban drummers and dancers who set the iconic carribbean vibe encouraging guests to submerge themselves in the Havana Hills. From fire breathing burlesque dancers to authentic Cuban cigar rollers, guests were teleported into Cuba and given the opportunity to partake in amazing culturally accurate experiences. Hand picked candles and special catering to the coffee beans invigorated the senses and brought guests another sense closer to Havana. MVA took particular attention to detail by incorporating traditional fruit stands that had guests drinking out of fresh cut coconuts, which is something not traditionally done in the states. To top the whole experience, Cimafunk, Cuba’s revolutionary new artists, made a special appearance and blew the crowd away with their Afrocuban Funk sound. This Havana night’s fire show is one that won’t get you burned.
